For clinics

Your patients found each other. We help bring them back to your clinic.

Fertility Match helps embryo donors and intended parents find and connect with each other — while keeping fertility clinics at the center of the medical process. We support discovery, identity verification, and connection. Once a match is made, patients return to their clinic for the appropriate medical next steps. Fertility Match is free for patients.

What Fertility Match does for your practice

01

Matched patients

Donor and intended parent arrive having already connected and decided they want to explore next steps together. Fertility Match reduces the discovery and matching burden on your staff.

02

Match your own stored embryos

Use Fertility Match to help patients with embryos already stored at your clinic connect with intended parents — creating a structured matching process without relying on spreadsheets, staff memory, or one-off introductions.

03

A path for remaining embryos

Give patients with remaining embryos another option to consider — one that can help them explore donation while staying connected to your practice.

04

Reach patients with remaining embryos

Reconnect with patients who have remaining embryos in storage and may be considering donation. Fertility Match gives your practice a structured way to introduce embryo donation as one possible option.

05

Clinic dashboard

Counts, not patients: how many cases name your organization, how many sit on each pathway and at each stage, how many steps are marked blocked, and how many batches are committed to one of your cases. Your team is invited onto a named case by the patient — one person, one scope, withdrawable at any time.

How the handoff works

Members create a profile and verify their identity — a check that confirms identity on a given date, and nothing more. Either side can request to connect, and if both want to move forward, the match is finalized. Sensitive records and screening information are never released automatically by a connection; they are shared only with the people authorized for that step, and only with the required consent. From there, the fertility clinic handles the medical process. Attorneys and other professionals may support legal agreements, counseling, storage, testing, or embryo transport. Embryos are never bought or sold through Fertility Match. Patients may still have costs related to medical care and other professional services.

Before that first conversation, both members can read Preparing to meet — a plain guide to what to think about, what the four relationship questions are asking, and what belongs with a clinic, an attorney or a counselor rather than a message thread. It is not counseling, and it does not stand in for the consultation your program requires.
